We offer custom software development services tailored to your business needs. All deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and Amar Software Solutions.
Maintenance and Support
We provide maintenance and support for our software solutions as specified in the service agreement. Any additional support or maintenance outside the scope of the agreement may incur additional charges.
Fees and Payment
Pricing
All prices for our services are quoted in ‘Any Currency’ and are subject to change. We will provide you with a quote for each project before commencing work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. We accept Cheque, Bank Transfer, Payoneer, Jazzcash/Easypaisa and Bank Draft. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of [interest rate] per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the custom software developed by Amar Software Solutions remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred to you as specified in the service agreement.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed during the course of our services, except as required by law. This obligation shall survive the termination of the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amar Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amar Software Solutions, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account and stop using our services at any time by notifying us in writing.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately.
Governing Law
